Public offer agreement.

This text is a public offer between IP Karunova Nadezhda Anatolievna, hereinafter referred to as the "Executor", providing training services specified on the relevant page of the Site, to conclude an agreement with any User under the conditions specified below.
In accordance with clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the proper acceptance of this offer is the consecutive execution by the User of the following actions:
• familiarization with the terms of this offer;
• introduction of registration data in the registration form and confirmation of the authenticity of this data by clicking the Register button.
From the moment the "Register" button is clicked, respectively, and if all the above actions are correctly followed in a consistent manner, the contract for rendering the services for the Event is considered concluded between the Contractor and the User.
1. The Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide services for the organization and conduct of offline learning or via online translation in accordance with the information (including the title, description, date, time and venue) indicated on the site art4online.ru
1.2. The services are provided by the Contractor on a free or paid basis through the implementation of e-tickets through the site muaclub.ru. The cost of training is indicated on the corresponding page on the Internet.
1.3. The services are rendered by the Contractor to such User, who paid for the training.
1.4. Services of the Contractor are considered rendered at the moment of transfer of access to the Event.
1.5. All obligations regarding the training, purchase and return of the E-Ticket arise between the User and the Executor, except for the cases expressly provided for in this offer.
2. Personal Information
2.1. The user gives his consent to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.
2.2. The purposes of processing of personal data is execution by the Contractor of the terms of this contract, as well as conducting advertising campaigns and marketing research.
2.3. The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and agreements between the Contractor and the User.
2.4. The consent can be withdrawn by the User by sending a written application to the Contractor to the e-mail address indicated on the site art4online.ru after the termination of the contract.
3. Return of the Electronic Ticket
3.1. Return of the Electronic ticket is carried out by the Executor provided that the User receives the relevant request before the start of the training in the following order:
3.1.1. In case of cancellation and transfer of training, the Executor returns to the User the full cost;
3.1.2. If the User refuses to participate in the training on his own initiative earlier than 30 days prior to the beginning of the training, provided that the training is not canceled and not rescheduled, the Contractor returns to the User the value of a minus the costs of the Contractor in the amount of 14% plus 20 rubles;
3.1.3. If the User refuses to participate in the training and on his own initiative less than 30 days before the start of the training, provided that it is not canceled or postponed, the Contractor is entitled not to return;
3.2. In the above cases, the request for return must be sent by the User to the Contractor at the e-mail address of the Contractor.
3.3. If paragraph 6.3. Is violated, if the training is realized using online translation, the Contractor has the right to block access without returning money. Limit violations can be the entry of a unique link with more than 2 devices and ip-addresses, as well as in the presence of other violations.
4. Rights and obligations of the Contractor
4.1. The Executor has the right to block access to the Site for the User if he by his actions or inaction violates the terms of the Agreement, other agreements between the Parties or other requirements of the Company.
4.2. The Executor has the right to refuse to explain the reasons to the User in the execution of the Order without explanation.
4.3. The Contractor has the right to verify the data of the User and other persons specified by the User according to their criteria and the Executors' criteria. In addition, the Executor has the right to demand from the User the presentation of documents proving his identity and the provision of other data identifying the User in cases stipulated by the terms of the relevant Activities or by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of failure to provide documents or inconsistency of information in them, the Contractor has the right to refuse to provide the User with services.
4.4. The Contractor informs the User about the status of the Order and the fact of receipt of payment for the Order. The fact that the User is informed is the fact of sending an e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the User when registering on the Site containing the supporting information.
